Federal regulations govern the funding granted to the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) to host the TRIO Student Support Services Program, the Center for Human Enrichment (CHE). Your accurate response to ALL questions including family size, income and parental educational attainment ensures that the program is operating by mandated federal regulations.
